00:04Who you just heard right there talking about the good practice that they had this week if you were listening to

00:09Jones and Keefe you heard not only Mike on when you say that he's had a bunch of offensive coordinators

00:23I think there's something happening here in this locker room, and I don't know what exactly what it's gonna lead to

00:28I don't know if it's gonna be everybody galvanizing around the coaching staff

00:33I don't know if it's gonna be one of those you know rah-rah type of things

00:36This is supposed to be a year that establishes culture

00:38We did talk about that all throughout camp and discussing Gerard Mayo's various strengths and weaknesses

00:44We all thought that was gonna be one of the things that he was really gonna emphasize

00:47And I believe that all this stuff that happened this week from the win over the Bears

00:52to the

00:53Leak story about the crafts looking for help with Drake May and really everything else

00:59I think that that's permeated the locker room now to the point where they're starting to establish something here

01:04They're starting to create their identity Andy. I think it's taken a while. I mean we're at week 11, but I think it's starting to

01:10Come into focus a little bit now

01:12I don't know if that means they're gonna beat the Rams this weekend

01:14They probably won't but I do think you're starting to see and on the field too

01:18But I think in general here you're starting to see some of that culture that we were promised when

01:24Gerard Mayo took over this job because we knew it wasn't gonna be about a scheme

01:27We knew it wasn't necessarily gonna be about X's and O's with this guy

01:30I think that all of this stuff happening this week and the way these guys are talking and the way they're sort of

01:35Reacting to all these different things starting all the way back from Mayo calling the team soft a month ago or whatever it was three

01:41Weeks ago, I believe that that's now starting to become something and I'm kind of excited for it

01:46I'm kind of excited to see where it goes because we know this team is not very talented if they're gonna win games

01:50They're gonna win them on sheer force of will or the other team

01:54Crapping out or whatever it is, but I'm starting to see it. Are you starting to see it?

01:58So on the Friday after they beat the Bears I can see it

02:03I hope I can still see it around 415 on Sunday when I start the six rings post game after this Rams game
