Flyysoulja's Florida rental home was in dismal condition for weeks before he was detained by authorities for a mental health evaluation earlier this month ... and he left it full of dog feces, and without electricity, his landlord tells TMZ.

00:00We had renewed the lease back in July because their new lease started in September and he
00:09prepaid September the first month for the second lease so everything was there was good up to then
00:15I asked him for it for a for inspection and he kept postponing finally that was from the 1st of
00:22September on finally I get into the property on the 26th of September with my partner wife and we
00:30see there is lots of issues on the property like the swim spa it's all broken there's doors punched
00:37and broken uh there's glass broken I mean there's there's a there was a lot of things that needed to
00:43be taken care of the garage was full of trash so now our next step will be you know do something
00:51in writing which I did I sent him something in writing on October 3rd I say hey fly you have to
00:57get the rent out and here is the notice I give you 14 days to take care of the property I need it back
01:03to the original estate when he when he took the property it was fully furnished he gave us some
01:09stuff back but he kept some of them so now we're finding sofa costing 12,000 is not there some of
01:17the fans are taking off the jacuzzi is in bad shape so that's when we decide to go in and then give
01:24him the 14 days October 5th October payment was late but he did pay it and I gave him 14 days until
01:33October 21st to take care of everything fix the doors get the sofa back whatever uh October 21st comes
01:41nothing happens nothing happens he's trying to avoid me no inspections I'm with the doctor I'm out of
01:47the house whatever you know I love all these excuses he did not get let us in uh November but he did pay for
01:55October he paid it late November 1st comes he says I'm gonna pay you what we agreed during October we agree he
02:03would pay an extra deposit because of the conditions of the property so he said I'll pay you the rent on
02:10November 1st and I'll pay you the deposit on November 8th comes November 5th which is the the day that you
02:20know that you have to pay the rent between the 1st and the 5th he didn't pay so I served a three-day notice
02:25on November 7th that's the night he got Baker acted I don't know he got crazy because of that
02:33because there was a court server that found him home he was telling me he was in Mexico and he
02:38couldn't pay rent the next step for us is to try to gain entry as landlords and in Florida you have
02:45the right to gain entry there's destruction to your property as long as you disclose it or give notice
02:51so we gave him notice of emergency enter we found the property with no electricity
02:56trashed out there was a dog feces on the floor it was open it was wide open
