00:17We want to speak directly to members of the military

00:20and the intelligence community

00:21who take risks each day to keep Americans safe.

00:24We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now.

00:27Americans trust their military.

00:29But that trust is at risk.

00:30This administration is pitting our uniformed military

00:33and intelligence community professionals

00:35against American citizens.

00:37Like us, you all swore an oath

00:39to protect and defend this Constitution.

00:41Right now, the threats to our Constitution

00:43aren't just coming from abroad,

00:45but from right here at home.

00:46Our laws are clear.

00:47You can refuse illegal orders.

00:57or our Constitution.

01:00And that it's a difficult time to be a public servant.

01:06your vigilance is critical.
