Warm Welcome in Snowy Moscow as SCO Leaders from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Qatar & Pakistan Arrive

A wave of high-level delegations arrived in a wintry Moscow ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meetings.
The Uzbek Prime Minister landed wrapped against the freezing temperatures, while Russia warmly welcomed Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister upon arrival. Qatar’s Prime Minister was greeted by officials expressing their pleasure to host him in the Russian capital, and Pakistan’s Deputy PM also touched down for the summit.
The arrivals mark the start of major SCO discussions focused on regional security, economic cooperation, and geopolitical coordination.
