ROUTINE STOP TURNED TRAUMATIC: Dennis Quinonez and his family were outside a Cypress Park Home Depot. They were targeted by armed and masked federal agents who initiated a confrontation that resulted in the agents seizing the family's vehicle with the infant inside.
THE INCIDENT:
Agents used their vehicles to box in the father's SUV.
The father reportedly shouted that his 1-year-old daughter was in the back seat.
Armed agents drove off in the family's vehicle while the infant child was still strapped into the backseat, separating her from her father.
Witnesses gathered and protested the abduction of the child by the agents.
The child and father were later moved to a different location.
