00:03When you look at the talent, when you look at the resume of a Jalen Hyatt,

00:06there's just not that kind of raw speed and ability.

00:17He looks like a space cadet out there.

00:19He looks very unconfident, very uncertain.

00:22Maybe you don't know you're auditioning for the rest of your career.

00:25These are moments where I begin to continuously fall in love

00:28with players like Isaiah Hodges.

00:30Not because he's a number two or three wide receiver

00:33in the National Football League, because he's a football player.

00:36He's a guy who loves the game, who competes,

00:39who plays with tremendous fervor and integrity.

00:41So when I look at the opportunity afforded to a unique talent

00:44like a Jalen Hyatt, this does not make any sense.

00:47And I look at all of them in the progress.
