Lauren Speed-Hamilton Takes Us Back Through Her Favorite Holiday Memories

00:00Hi, I'm Lawrence B. Hamilton.
00:01You may have seen me on a show where I fell in love blindly,
00:05connections were made, and love surprised me.
00:08I'm here with Hallmark and Us Weekly to take us back.
00:14This is a photo of Cam and I on Christmas Eve.
00:17We were right about to go to a basketball game
00:19with the family.
00:20My mom took this picture, and she was acting like
00:23it was Christmas prom, literally.
00:25But I got to give it to her.
00:26She did snap some super memorable photos,
00:29so she did an amazing job.
00:31And the same way that my mom captured those photos
00:34and those memories, you could do the same
00:36with the Hallmark card.
00:37I mean, this is literally like putting your heart into words,
00:41and it's the little things that mean the most.
00:43So I have chosen this for my husband Cam,
00:46and this card basically describes all of the things
00:48that I love doing with him.
00:50It doesn't say going to basketball games,
00:51but you know, it kind of says all the things
00:54that we love doing together.
00:55This is actually from my first Christmas.
00:57I was born in November, so this is like a month
01:00after I was born.
01:01So I don't remember much, but I was told I had a good time.
01:04And this Christmas is super special for Cam and I
01:06because we are first time parents.
01:08We just welcomed our little boy Ezra,
01:10and Hallmark has the sweetest Baby's First Christmas set.
01:15Look at this bear.
01:16It has Baby's First Christmas on the bottom.
01:18And then you have this photo frame here
01:20that says Baby's First Christmas.
01:22This one actually makes the perfect gift
01:23for any first time parents, you know.
01:25I would love to receive something like this.
01:27Put Ezra's picture in here every year
01:29and just pull it out, and it's a beautiful set.
01:32This photo is from our Christmas a couple years ago,
01:36and that's our dog Sparks with his little Christmas vest on,
01:39all fashionable.
01:40So if you look closely at the wrapping paper,
01:42you'll see that we have a few different types
01:45of wrapping paper, and that's because we started this tradition
01:47where we'll pick a paper that matches each person's personality.
01:52This year we're using Hallmark's wrapping paper,
01:54and I'm going to use this poinsettia wrapping paper for my mom.
01:59Like, she loves poinsettias around the holidays.
02:02So I just think that this paper is super chic.
02:05It's graceful and it's beautiful, just like my mom.
02:07This was my first annual company holiday dinner.
02:12I finally got to the point in my career
02:14where I could bring all of the people who have helped me throughout the year,
02:17all the people who made it a success,
02:18come together, have dinner, celebrate.
02:21And I also gave all of my employees,
02:24but really they're my friends too,
02:25so I like to call them my friends and my employees.
02:28I gave them bags with trinkets in it, gift bags.
02:31So for my friend Tiffany, who's my assistant,
02:33I got her this card.
02:34It says, your Christmas blessing and an everyday one too.
02:38Thank you for being a friend who put so much love and joy into the world,
02:42and that she does.
02:43This photo is so special to me.
02:46As you can see, we all have matching pajamas.
02:48And as a kid, it was always my dream to do this.
02:52So I said, oh, matching pajamas are happening,
02:55and I'm so excited that I was able to pull this off.
02:58This year, we're going to have our festive Santa mugs on Christmas morning.
03:03It comes in four different colors.
03:05You got white, pink, red, also a beautiful green color.
03:10And it's the perfect thing to make Christmas morning even cozier.
