00:18lounge one of my favorite rooms actually in the property it's a really nice size and I think my
00:24favorite feature is probably the bay window with sash windows where the lights just is gorgeous
00:31shining through I'm surrounded by countryside I've got fields to the front with horses I've got
00:36a garden at the back that has a lake it does feel like it's been a little bit unloved but
00:44I'm so
00:44excited to put some love back into it and and bring it back to its former beauty I've made it
00:50home for
00:51now for myself and the children and there's little knickknacks that you'll see around the property
00:57which make it homely for me I think flowers they're a big thing so guaranteed if you come into my
01:03house
01:04you'll always see flowers they'll always be some scented candles this is my curling rock from Austria
01:12when I took part in the jump and it makes them a pretty good doorstop I've got lots of other
01:19things
01:19in the property that I picked up on my travels and some of them are in my dining room which
01:25is
01:25another important space in my home so come this way so down these few stairs then brings you to my
01:31dining room this is an important room to me because I spend so much time away from home that when
01:37I am
01:37back home I love to entertain I enjoy nothing more than having friends over and cooking for them enjoying
01:45a nice glass of wine now my dining room table here is like a rustic farmhouse table which I will
01:50be
01:50keeping in the property when I renovate it I'm gonna be keeping this lovely piece of artwork which was
01:57painted for me by Rajan I absolutely love it I I love golds and taupes and sage green colors and
02:06I'm
02:06probably going to put in a sort of sage green style kitchen in here I'm gonna talk you through a
02:11few of
02:11my plans and my ideas so I want to push this space out by around a meter and a half
02:16knock down the wall
02:18behind you and create a large kitchen dining family room with a downstairs toilet and a utility room
02:30the other side I just can't wait to start the project but in the meantime I'm going to show you
02:34the kitchen which is just the other side of this door now when I said I liked the color sort
02:39of that
02:40greeny that green sage color this is probably the color that I'm I'm gonna have my kitchen so a
02:45combination of this and cream on a kitchen island but for now the space works but it still feels
02:51homely just by putting like a rug in the kitchen to take that cold edge off the tiles having you
02:59know
02:59nice bread bin and the the pots for the tea coffee sugar and of course the all-important coffee machine
03:06one of my favorite things about this room come this way the badger tiles now are they special or are
03:15they special when you live in the countryside you've got to have a badger tile I'm gonna take you around
03:22to the garden now so ongoing the wellies what I love absolutely love about this house is it does feel
03:31like it's my my place in the countryside it's a little escape yet accessible to everywhere including
03:38Gatwick which is where of course I fly from quite frequently I can't wait I absolutely can't wait to
03:45get stuck into this project right now you can already see my scaffolding is up I'm ready to get cracking
03:53and I can't wait to show you my property when I've transformed the space I've really enjoyed showing you
04:00around and hopefully I'll get a chance to show you the finished project bye
