00:00How are you doing? How's it going? This has been such a wonderful event seeing you and your family together. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I'm so happy. I'm so grateful. Kind of walk me through, Teresa, like how this came about. You reached out. How did it go from there? Amazing. Yeah, I reached out to my brother. As soon as I reached out to him, he was like, all right, let's meet the four of us. And then I was just like, I don't know about the four of us. At first I said yes.
00:27And then afterwards I was just thinking, and I just wanted to be with my brother. Like, no offense to my, I love my sister. And listen, like, just like Louie and I are package deals, my brother and Melissa are. And Melissa's been in my life 22 years. So I absolutely love and adore her. So I just wanted to talk to my brother first so he could see where my heart was really at. And then, look, I get the chills.
00:53And then after that, after we met, we met at the mausoleum where my parents were. And then, yeah, and it was very peaceful. And we, you know, we talked and it was good.
01:04And then after that, I'm like, all right, let's all four of us meet now. And we were both at peace. Like, it was really nice.
01:10I just wanted to talk out a few things. And we did. And he was like, he's like, let's just let the past go. But I just don't want the same thing to happen again.
01:20And how are you kind of navigating that so you don't let that happen again, especially if cameras pick back up?
01:25It's not happening. So I believe him. Okay. Yeah. Because it was more like sometimes when you're like, I don't know, like when you're in the public eye, people do think, you know, I don't know, things that or their influence from other people on the cast.
01:40So you never know. So but my genuine to you. Yeah. I mean, listen, I'm the oldest.
01:45And my brother says, I'm the matriarch of the family. And he wants me to lead the ship. And I have no problem leading the ship. But I'm very old school. And I'm about loyalty, respect, and peace. Like, I want that loyalty, respect, and trusting, trusting. That's like very important.
02:02Yeah. So if he gives me that, I'll give that to him 10 folds over. And I mean, because look, I get it. I get the chills.
02:09Yeah. Because I love family. Yeah. He's my only brother. Yeah. I mean, we lost our parents. So I like, I adore my brother.
02:16If anybody, if you knew us back growing up, we were together all the time. Everybody used to be jealous of our, of our, you know, like, they're like, oh my God, you guys are so close.
02:27How do you do that? I'm like, I don't know. We just do it. The way we were raised. Sure. Yeah.
02:33And Gia, she's, I mean, all my kids. Yeah. Because that's her godfather.
02:37So yeah, no, she was saying that I'm so excited to get back my best friend. That's what she was saying.
02:42Well, because they were always, when I had, when I had Gia, he was at my house every day. Yeah. He was with her every single day.
02:50You know, Melissa told me that Joe and Louie are texting like every day now too.
02:54Were you happy that they were kind of being able to like put their differences aside?
02:58Because, you know, it's one thing for you and Joe, like you said before, you and Joe to get back on track, but maybe Joe and Louie.
03:03It was amazing. That's why, you know, if you really, if everyone really knew, because I, first of all, I would not be with someone that wasn't.
03:10Like I wouldn't.

03:12And your daughters wouldn't love him.
03:14Like, exactly. I have tough cookies.

03:16Like, they are strong like their mama and if, and I don't know, everybody knows that.

03:31And then I, I said to my brother, I wanted him to reach out to Louie.
03:35And Louie saw how happy I was and he reached out to him.

03:39So he texted him a beautiful text and my brother called him.
03:42As soon as he got the text, my brother called him and they've been texting every day.

04:03What do you have to say about that?
04:04Well, ask my brother.
04:05I'm the type that holds grudges.
04:07I'm very old school.
04:10And for me to do this, it's, it's real.
04:13And he said he was waiting for me to, cause he knew other, you know, he knew how like upset I was.
04:19So about things.
04:21So he said, so listen to my brother because it's the two of us and people that say that they have a mean heart.
04:29I'm just saying a mean soul because everybody should want family to, you know, to be together.
04:34And I want to show America what a real Italian family looks like.
04:39Like, you know, cause my ex's family, they are, they are all together, united.
04:45And that's what I always wanted.
04:47So I want to show America that, that we could be united.
