00:03Amazing. Like, I just, every time I watch, I just get happier and happier because I get to see the,

00:09what they go through and how they deal with it. And, you know, you have to let some crew go,

00:14but I think Interior's killing it and Kizzy, right now, she's my entertainment.

00:20Yeah, it's honestly, I remember when we filmed it, I was like, I think this is the best season

00:25in Below Deck history. And as I'm watching it, I feel like that is so true. It's just,

00:30it's so entertaining. It's so funny. And it's moving away from all of the toxic kind of stuff.

00:36And it's showing you like, this is actually how we work on yachts. It's very funny.

00:41It's very funny. Yeah. We have Gail coming back, right? Okay.

00:44Oh yeah, we have Gail coming back. I'm curious how that's going to go because,

00:47you know, they left in love and now you see a baby on social media, but then they weren't together.

00:54So I wonder like what happened. And I'm still trying to figure that out.

00:58Very curious. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. So, you know, yeah.

01:02It's great. Well, and at the end of season nine, I feel like Gail and Gail,

01:08there was a bit of tension between Gail and Joe. So it'll be interesting to see how that unfolds as

01:12well with Joe being there. So yeah, there's a lot of interesting dynamics that will be going on.

01:18Yeah. Are you, do you stand by the firings that you had to make this season?

01:21Yes, of course. I mean, I wish I would have made them sooner.

01:25It was hard to watch it.

01:27The guy drift out to sea and they're just like, what do we do? He's drifted out to sea.

01:31So I think safety is really important on board and that's first.

01:35Sure. Yeah.

01:36Safety. And also I think as a yachtie, you need to have a sense of urgency and to watch Christian and Tessa

01:44spending so much time standing, not knowing what to do, but not asking what to do is so frustrating

01:50as a manager. Yeah.

01:52What was your reaction to Tessa's reaction to you?

01:56I don't know. I didn't take it personal. You know, she's, however she feels that's on her,

02:02but she would have made a great crew member if she really tried. I think her ego was in the way.

02:07She had this superiority complex. I think if she drops that, she'd make an excellent crew member.

02:13Definitely. What do you think about Daisy joining Captain Jason, Chef Ben?

02:17Oh, I love her. I think I'm such a fan of Daisy. She's a very good friend of mine.

02:22Ever since I did season four and Ben came briefly, I've respected him as a chef so much.

02:28So I think it's a wonderful group of people.

02:31What do you make of like kind of crews bouncing around now?

02:34Well, I got to tell you, like watching Joelle on Down Under, I saw him. I'm so proud of him.

02:39He's running big boats now. I'm like, you belong in the med, you know, but it's so great to see him

02:45under another captain, although he's a captain now. So I can't wait to watch more of it.

02:51And then you have who else from Ben. So I always wanted Ben as a chef. He came for a few seasons.

02:58I mean, a few episodes, but, you know, he's on Down Under. One day, maybe I'll get Ben.

03:04You know, so many people were so excited for the Salt Lake City Down Under show.

03:08Is that something that you would love to do after watching that? Would you want to see a housewife's crew on?

03:12And who would it be?

03:13We would love it.

03:14Yes, we want that.

03:16Yes.

03:17Which housewife's crew would you want on?

03:19Any of them.

03:20Any of them. We'll take any of them.

03:22It's, you know, our jobs are so hard and we try and provide excellence and we never back down from a challenge.

03:28And I think it would be really good because they would be very vocal about things that they didn't like.

03:33And it's always important to grow.

03:34Absolutely. I love Lisa Vanderpump.

03:37That would be great.

03:38How are wedding plans going?

03:39Great. Yes, we're getting married in March next year.

03:42Everything's planned.

03:44Yeah.

03:45Are you so tired of people asking you if Captain Jason's coming to your wedding?

03:48Yes, I know.

03:49Everyone keeps asking it. It's like, look, I've been doing this for seven years.

03:53I've got so many friends in Bravo.

03:55Yes, we get on really well, but I can't invite every single person I get on well with.

03:59Yeah, you want your friends there.

04:00Like, not that you're not, you know, but you want your intimates, right?
