Right Governance Is Right Politics, Chandrababu Naidu On NDA’s Impressive Bihar Victory

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu lauded Prime Minister Modi's leadership as the BJP-led NDA won in the Bihar legislative assembly.

00:09He produced a new model, empowerment through welfare, development and also sustainable

00:25and also good governance. For the last, when he became chief minister in 2002, then onwards

00:36he is winning the election. If you can go through all these things, he had a leadership quality.

00:45How to communicate, how to carry people, how to convince and how to perform also.

00:54Around 12 years back, we had 11th largest economy. Then he was able to bring it 4th largest economy.

01:08Next year we are going to come 3rd largest economy. 2038, 2nd largest economy. 2047, number

01:181 economy. All these things are happening because of continuation of government with constant

01:28policies. This is where India is recognizing, Indians are recognizing about its performance.

01:40People want any country for that matter. They want to have better future, better living standards.

01:50This is what is providing now. So, this election gave a message. Right governance is right politics.

02:02What is the message? With this again, sustainability and also progress will happen. Now, everybody

02:11is having some doubts. Government, any change, all these things. Then people may not invest.

02:19Entrepreneurs also will delay. Then thinking also will be different. Now, that ecosystem

02:26is creating sustainability. Now, if we can plan properly, we can move higher growth rates.

02:35That's a very apt analysis for the national development agenda of the NDA. But at the same time,

02:41Nithish Kumar also had a big role to play in Bihar Victory. There is a lot of endorsement

02:46for his policies and his governance also, you think? Yeah. He has done for the last 20 years.

02:55Bihar, everybody knows very well. Jengal Raj. He was able to put an end to it.

03:07So, one more aspect of this election was that BJP has increased its number of seats quite

03:24significantly. Now, we saw that in Maharashtra also where and that led to the Chief Minister,

03:30Eknar Shinde being, you know, downgraded. Do you think this is, in a way, the way BJP is increasing its

03:37strength? Is that some concern for the allies in the coalition?

03:44No, I don't want to assuming all these things. NDA has one. They are very wise to take decision and

03:55take forward. And TDP is very comfortable in that NDA coalition and the alliance. Nation first. That is our motive.
