Truth & Knowledge: Episode 89 — “Counterfeit Christians”

Jesus came to give us life—but the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. As the Lord Himself said, “You will know them by their fruits.”
Many claim to represent Christianity—institutions such as the Vatican and the Holy Roman and German Empires among them—yet the Scriptures warn, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.”
Anyone truly born of God does not continue in sin. Those who are of God do not act like Cain, nor do they oppress, colonize, or commit evil against others—for such deeds are not of God’s Spirit or His character.
Ask yourself this: Does the word holy—as defined by Roman and German kingdoms—truly match God’s definition of holiness? Why is there such a difference?
Jesus commanded, “Call no man on earth father.”
So why does the Vatican call men on earth “Father,” openly disobeying Christ’s teaching? Did the disciples of Jesus ever do such things? The Western world claims to follow Christ, yet its actions often reveal the opposite. They honor Him with their mouths, but their works deny Him.
Christ did not come to enslave humanity under the burdens of debt, hierarchy, and worldly systems. The Bible tells us not to worry about what we will eat or wear, for our Heavenly Father provides all we need.
And yet—from the very mouths of those who claim to represent Christianity—we hear promises of the world: wealth, power, and possessions. These are the things that bind the soul, not free it.
Jesus warned clearly: “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in them.”
Still, those who have colonized and exploited humanity while claiming Christ’s name are the same ones offering God’s people the world.

03:52This has to do with righteousness and living in the spirit of God and walking in the character of God.
04:01First John 2, verse 1 John 2, verse 9 through 10.
04:07Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in darkness.
04:12So, if you claim to be in Jesus Christ, if you claim to be in the light but you hate your brother or sister, you're still in darkness.
04:22And you are a counterfeit Christian.
04:25Anyone who loves their brother or sister lives in the light.
04:29And there's nothing in them that makes them stumble.
04:32That means you are pure.
04:35And if you're walking in the light and you're living in the commandments of God, you are pure.
04:43Unlike these people here,
04:45they want power and they hate their brother and their sister.
04:52What I mean by they hate their brother and their sister, they hate other people on the planet.
05:00And so, they was walking in the light.
05:02Just imagine, if they was walking in the light,
05:05I don't think there would be that many problems in the world.
05:08If they were walking in the light.
05:09Because if they were walking in the light,
05:11they would be real disciples.
05:13They would be doing discipleship.

05:22We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commandments.
05:28So, if we keep the commandments and if they were keeping the commandments,
05:31we would know.
05:35Probably wouldn't be their dark ages.
05:38It probably wouldn't be the medieval times, right?
05:40If they was keeping the commandments.
05:42That means everyone in the world will,
05:45will everybody in the world
05:46would know Christ's character.
05:52Everybody in the world wouldn't know Christ's character.
05:55And a lot of problems that you see on the planet today,
05:58a lot of things probably would never happen.

06:03were in the light.
06:10Whoever says, I know him,
06:12but does not do
06:15what he commands
06:16is a liar.
06:18So, these people said
06:19they know Jesus Christ, right?
06:21They said they are Christians.
06:23But don't do
06:24what God commands.
06:28So, they are liars.
06:30But not just them.
06:32Anybody that says they know God
06:34and don't do the righteousness of God,
06:36you're a liar.
06:37And the truth is not in that person.
06:42So, the truth is not in you.
06:44You can't be running around
06:46talking about you love sin.
06:49Or you're living in sin.
06:53Or you're trying to find
06:55some justifiable means
06:56to live in unrighteousness
06:59and say that you know Jesus Christ
07:02because you don't know him.
07:04Because those who know him
07:05crucify the flesh
07:06and live in the spirit of God.
07:09But if anyone
07:15obeys his word,
07:17the love for God
07:19is truly made complete
07:20in them.

07:23we are in him.
07:25Whoever claims to live

07:27must do
07:28as Jesus did.

09:19then people don't want
09:20to be bothered with them.
09:22They don't want to be

09:23because what they see,
09:26these people claim

09:28but their spirit
09:29is not matching
09:30Jesus.
09:31So if you're talking
09:32about how Jews
09:34or Muslims
09:34not coming to Jesus,
09:37is there a reason
09:39for that?
09:41When they look
09:42at these people
09:43who claim

09:46but their spirit
09:46don't match.
09:48So what does that mean?
