00:00To charge me $350 for plastic shower cartons that cost $20 from the Dollar Tree.
00:07That's not me making any money.
00:09There's no way that I would give an apartment to anybody in that condition as to what was left of me.
00:14The broken mini blind, the broken window.
00:17We've been doing this a long time and I would never give that apartment to somebody in that condition.
00:21Yeah, it's just not true.
00:23And I've been in other apartments that you own and they're not in the best condition.
00:28She's going to make sure he gets his karma.
00:31All of these charges make it seem like the place was just in complete disrepair.
00:36I mean $1,000 to paint the entire place.
00:39The spots were absolutely there when I moved in.
00:42The broken window pane in the kitchen was so high that I can't even reach.
00:47The plastic pullout drawer in the fridge.
00:49Her fridge barely fits in the tiny kitchen she was provided and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
00:53The charges in regards to missing shower curtains, my shower curtains were working just fine.
00:59Well, they were causing a leak to the apartment down below.
01:02Well, that's what they were guessing.
01:04But then they also added that sealant to the floor, which makes me think that that's why the leak was happening, not because of my shower curtains.
01:12And to charge me $350 for plastic shower curtains, that cost $20 from the Dollar Tree.
01:21That's a $330 discrepancy over something as random as shower curtains.
01:26Something isn't right here.
01:27Well, that, that, those are the actual charges that people charge me.
01:31That, that's not me making any money.
01:32That's the charges directly from their bill.
01:35Okay, so.
01:36You know, they had to go out there and do it two different times.
01:39Yeah.
01:39And then you admitted to them that you took the shower curtains down and then it leaked again.
01:43And then they had to go back again.
01:45We were very flexible and tried, and helped you out.
01:48You know, like, tried to do whatever, like, whatever, whatever you asked the entire time that you were in the apartment.
01:52What?
01:53We were very accommodating.
01:54What? Like what?
01:55The, like, the issues with your, your heat and your thermostat.
01:58So the, your, the heat wasn't working and, uh, so I had to supplement with my own space heater.
02:06And you're saying, that's you accommodating me.
02:08So I think that people are just so exhausted with having to call up and then gets back to them two days later.
02:16Because you have to outburst it.
02:18And then they have to let another person into their apartment.
02:21And then they don't know if it's actually fixed.
02:23And then it's not fixed.
02:23And then they have to call.
02:25Back that they said, it's not worth fighting.
02:28So I was the only one that brought it up.
02:30Maybe I have a little bit more extra time on my hands than other people do.
02:33Because I have a better sense of when someone is being wildly unjust and screwing me over.
02:39Never once did I interrupt him, raise my voice or anything other than the matter at hand.
02:46This is for someone taking $2,000 from a woman for made up damages.
02:50I was being enormously polite and respectful.
02:54Their feud is clearly far from over.
02:57What would you do in her situation?
