00:29but they also do a lot more smoky stuff.

00:32And the Japanese can lean more towards simplicity,

00:35less use of spices.

00:38How they are similar though is,

00:40I think they both respect ingredients very, very much.

00:43And because of that, the use of vegetables in season,

00:46that's very, very cute to them.

00:59And I think they're good,

01:01their food is very different to porc tamar,

01:03but not as surprised as the fresh fruit is genuine.

01:06So, and the size of the vegetables is much better.
