00:19The Commission on Elections will hold accountable 2025 candidates who lied in their statements of contributions and expenditures, or SOCE.
00:28In today's briefing, Comalic Chairman George Erwin Garcia said their Political and Finance Affairs Department has begun looking into the SOCE submitted by the candidates.
