00:00We'll take a look at the updated odds entering week number 12.
00:03We saw another change this week based off the upsets that we saw in the conference last Saturday.
00:10Give me your thoughts about where we stand entering week number 12.
00:14Well, you got the ACC.
00:16It was just a matter of nobody.
00:17Nobody wants to rise above the occasion and win just when a team starts to take control
00:24or is in a good position, they lose.
00:26And the ACC was a big upset special all weekend.
00:29Now you got nobody with no losses, five teams with one loss.
00:34Everybody's got to play somebody else in the equation.
00:37So it's a wide opening affair.
00:39And I'll be honest with you, there's not a team in the ACC that you just that you fall in love with anymore.
00:44Everybody's got blemishes.
00:45Yeah.
00:46And when you look about potentially the hottest team in the conference, that could be the Pitt Panthers.
00:52They square off with top ranked Notre Dame.
00:54It's a non-conference game.
00:56They then finish their schedule against Miami and Georgia Tech, respectively.
01:00So Pittsburgh at 7-1 is very much alive for a conference championship.
01:06The way it looks now, and to your point, with Louisville losing to California, with Virginia getting knocked off last week by Wake Forest,
01:14now it looks potentially like the conference might only get one team into the college football playoff.
01:21Do you still see that as a potential possibility, or two or three teams still potentially alive?
01:28I felt like I didn't ever feel real good about three.
01:30But I said, you know what, they'll get two.
01:32They can get two.
01:32Right now, I'm leaning now towards one, depending on what happens in the next two games, because you just don't know how it's going to end up.
01:42But right now, they're not assured of two victories.
01:45Like I said, there's just not a team that you say, man, that team is it.
01:49That is the team in the conference.
01:50Right now, there's not one team that you just like.
01:53You mentioned Pittsburgh.
01:55I think that's as good a pick as anybody, the way their quarterback is playing.
01:58So it's got to play out.
02:00Better be careful, because very easily, they can only have one team in the college football playoffs.
02:06We'll take a look at the updated national championship odds for the teams in the ACC.
02:12The Miami Hurricanes coach still have the best odds at 125-1.
02:17Georgia Tech, which is now favored to win the ACC, sits in a 300-1 price.
02:23They only have one loss versus the two losses by the Hurricanes.
02:27Pittsburgh, we said 500-1, Louisville 700-1, SMU 750-1.
02:34Is it worth even taking a shot as a lottery ticket on any one of these teams entering this weekend?
02:40You know, I really like Pittsburgh, but their schedule, I mean, they've got to know if they knock off Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, and Miami, it'll be clear-cut sailing right now.
02:52I think they're playing the best football, but I really don't know that those are the teams I would pick on.
02:59Right now, I think, I mean, Duke really didn't play well, but I like Duke as well.
03:04But I don't know that there is a favorite.
03:05I have gone to the point where I don't have a team that I have a good feel for as being any better chance than others.
03:13And if you want a good money game, you might as well, Pittsburgh is one of those teams that's really hot.
