00:06If you have a young quarterback that's talented like Jackson,

00:09you want a guy like John that's going to challenge him every day.

00:13Maybe he does.

00:14But if you want a guy that gets the most out of your quarterback,

00:16the most out of your team, then I believe John Grute would be a good fit.

00:20I have no idea.

00:21Now, I know he loves football.

00:23He loves a coach.

00:23If you're given the opportunity, if he's lucky enough to get one,

00:27Was there ever a point last three, four years when he sat back and said,

00:36I don't think he ever felt that way, that negative about it.

00:43It hurt him pretty bad.

00:44But I think the more he talked to people and people reached out to him,

00:49the better he felt.

00:50He's in a good place right now.
