Thailand has extradited wanted gambling tycoon She Zhijiang to China after a three-year legal battle. She, a Chinese national with a Cambodian passport, was arrested in Bangkok in 2022 on an Interpol red notice. Beijing accuses him of running illegal online casinos and laundering money through Myanmar.
