There are calls for Australia’s information commissioner to investigate the nation's third largest IVF provider over cyber-security concerns. Genea fertility was hit by a cyber-attack in February, and the personal information of patients was later posted on the dark web. Now at least one class action law firm is circling.

01:03calling for a review of one of the company's applications used by customers.
01:08Janaya has confirmed the report, but wouldn't comment further.
01:12Instead, it apologised for the cyber attack, saying,
01:15we have already taken steps to further strengthen our security upon the advice of external experts
01:21to mitigate the risk of future cyber incidents.
01:24I would like to see Janaya held accountable in the courts for what they've done,
01:30through the voices of the people that were affected by it.
