00:25Sa kaling mayroon, may tiwala rin sila sa gobyerno ng Pilipinas na kikilos ng nahaayon sa rule of law.

00:34Kung may na-issue ng arrest warrant, hindi rin nila papayagan na ma-aresto si de la Rosa sa Senado bilang pagpapanatili sa dignidad ng mataas na kapulungan.
00:44Pero hindi na rin nila ito concerned kung ma-aresto si de la Rosa sa labas ng Senate premises.
00:49Si de la Rosa ang jefe ng Philippine National Police noong drug war ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
