00:53Even so, Prince Harry caused a minor stir recently when he appeared to back the Dodgers over the Blue Jays during the World Series and later had to smooth things over.

01:10Still, he and Meghan attended Game 4 of the World Series in Los Angeles and wore Dodgers hats.
01:15With the Blue Jays in town, that choice sparked booze when the couple appeared on the Jumbotron.
01:21Harry also failed to endear himself to the many Canadians who were not thrilled to discover he'd declined to rep the Blue Jays.
01:27And during a recent interview with CTV, he issued a mea culpa addressing what he dubbed Hatgate.
01:33He attempted to explain why he went that route, saying
01:36The other piece to this was when you're missing a lot of hair on top and you're sitting under floodlights, you'll take any hat that's available.
01:53He also noted he wore a Blue Jays hat at Games 5, 6, and 7 and pledged it would be the only one he dons going forward, but the damage may have already been done.
