00:07And it's right that the BBC takes steps to rectify that. I think on the whole, the BBC is an absolutely iconic British institution.
00:14It has a huge broad range of outputs that many people in this country access every day.
00:19It is hugely respected and I know many people trust the output that it has, whether it's international, national or it's excellent local news as well.
