13:06And I think that that's, like, what brought on the panic attack in New York.
13:09I can remember ever since I was a kid, I would get so sad after, like, a play was over or something.
13:14Like, only people would maybe like me if I could because I was singing and that I was doing something.
13:18Maybe there's a part deep down inside of you that doesn't believe that someone could really like you just for who you are,
13:24not because you sing or not because you're an entertainer or whatever.
13:27I think that therapy is going to really help me figure out what's going on inside.
13:31And for me, that definitely is not knowing a lot of my past.
13:35I think that the whole adoption and birth parent thing, like, I've never let that go in my mind,
13:40particularly when I start to feel a little lonely.
13:43When you're lonely is the time where your mind has free reign and those old feelings tend to surface.
13:50Right. I just feel like my emotions are just, like, so up and down all the time.
13:54You know, I mean, like, I always sit and just, like, think about the sad stuff.
13:58And I don't know why I do that.
