00:35I've never even been to a horse race before and the Kentucky Derby is like big deal.
00:41So I was super excited and of course immediately I'm thinking, what am I going to wear?

04:50When we arrived in Kentucky, we went straight to the hotel before the gala.
04:54The Galt House is a really cool hotel.

04:59I've even heard that Galt House is the premier hotel of the Kentucky Derby.
05:05Right when we got out of the limo and we went into the Galt House doors, we had an ovation.

05:20As soon as we got there and I saw all the hat ladies and the mint jewels, I was like, yeah.

07:15The Barnstable Brown gala was held in, like, their tented-off backyard, kind of mansion
07:26party-esque.
07:27The women who throw this party, the Barnstable girls, were double-mint twins.
07:40And then I found out they were on the cover of Playboy in the early 80s.
07:43So that's a connection I didn't know about.
07:46So the gala was packed, and there was tons of celebrities and performers.
07:58I think it would be all right if I got a picture of the kids.

11:20I had a very foofy dress on with lots of petticoats and the hat is so big

11:33all had different looks I love putting on my
11:36derby dress I felt like a cream puff I was really excited to show off my hat
11:41I love Bridget and Kendra's outfits I thought they were super cute with their
11:44hats
11:45and it was a unique look for all of us I thought it was fun
11:48hat boxes holy shit that is huge is this the biggest hat box you've ever seen or
11:53what so we decided to pull a prank on Mary she brought a visor and just wanted
11:58the hat lady to add a few feathers and a few details to it to make it look more
12:02Kentucky Derby-ish so she took her little visor in and they were fixing it up for
12:06her and that's the real one in here
12:08but they made her a fake hat like that's really gross
12:12so we had the hat lady add all kinds of random crap to a big giant hat and bring it
12:19to Mary as if that was gonna be her hat Mary your hats here I'm excited to see
12:24your hat Mary is this my hat this isn't my hat yeah what is it yeah it's your hat no it's not my hat

13:13it was so funny when Mary found out it was a joke she fell for a hook line and
13:31sinker perfect so half does not wear ties ever never ever ever honey you know
13:46what I saw on the schedule that they printed out for us they said that the
13:49guys are not supposed to wear ties well I'd love to not wear a tie I think we
13:53should ask Mary because I heard no tie they were just like no you shouldn't wear
13:57that and he was gonna wear it just because he thought he had to you need a
14:02tie well I don't know what to make of all that well I don't know I got it from the
14:07horse's mouth so to speak okay I'm gonna try it without the tie and if I need it
14:14I'll put it on later when we arrived at the Kentucky Derby we got out of the
14:31limo and there's this huge red carpet with all this press
14:37there was like Ken you're Holly Bridget you know and we felt so good and it was
14:42really cool entrance to the Kentucky Derby after we did the red carpet at the
14:46Kentucky Derby we had to get on a golf cart in order to get through all the
14:50crowds of people and get to our seats
14:54the Derby is huge it's an immense area and every female there is wearing a hat no
15:01matter what there's just thousands of people everywhere thank you we were
15:07seated in the area called the turf terrace it's a really premier area right over
15:12the finish line
15:16Hef is a Kentucky Derby virgin and Holly Kendra Knight took his virginity away
15:22it was so crazy at the Kentucky Derby it was so great to have Hef involved and
15:26excited about it
15:29you're right next to all the Patriots you know they're they're cool and
15:36everything but you know I wish there were the Chargers but and there's a lot of
15:41people that came up to us the Smokey Robinson came up thank you and I was
15:47having a great time it was so much fun
15:52so hef ordered us these thousand dollar mint juleps they come in these gold cups
16:0124 karat gold cups sterling silver sipping straw and with reserve bourbon oak wood
16:06they actually come and make them right there for you at the table and all of
16:10the proceeds for these mint juleps go to the care of the horses after the Derby
16:17the thousand dollar mint julep was so strong I could barely take a sip out of it
16:24I don't know why the mint julep is the Kentucky Derby traditional
16:31drink why isn't it like you know Corona you know how do we bet
16:38honey we're gonna go place our bet while we were sitting there everyone was discussing who they were gonna bet on and what their
16:45whole process and strategy was on betting
17:03all of it all the money it's a way to go got to bet big or go home I put all my
17:08betting money on pyro because that horse was the first tip I was using for the
17:13That horse was the first tip I'd gotten.
17:16I wanted to put $1,000 on pyro in the main race.
17:20We all had different strategies when we placed our bet.

17:27Bridget bet a little bit on everybody because she wanted to say she won at the Derby.

17:37All week before the Kentucky Derby, I knew who I wanted to win,
17:41and I had my gut and my heart into this horse.

18:12For some reason, at the last minute, Kendra took some guy's advice
18:15and went with an underdog, Court Vision, instead of going with Big Brown,
18:19who she'd been saying she was going to bet on all day long.

18:30Right before the main Derby race starts, we got to feed some horses treats.

18:41When we were down in the paddock area, I was feeding Image the horse a bunch of peppermints.
18:45I had no idea they liked peppermints.
18:47He's going to get on a sugar cake.

18:51This horse really had a sweet tooth, I think, because it kept eating and eating and eating all the peppermints.

18:58Image had really fresh breath afterwards.

19:14When we were in the paddock, the horn blew, which signaled the race starting, so we had to race back to our seat.

21:40by one now, he was fifth just a moment ago, and now he's second as they come toward the
21:44top of the stretch, as the field turns right!
21:47And the final for the Kentucky Derby, and it's going to be Big Brown bonding!
21:55Big Brown bonding home to a convention win in the run for the Roses, it is Big Brown!

22:04I was going to pick Big Brown, and I didn't, but of course, this is my luck.

22:22So, I had bet on 8,000 as my top winner, but I also bet on Big Brown.

22:36I got lucky in Kentucky, but not at the race.
22:43This trip to the Derby with Hef was amazing.
22:46We flew on a private jet, we had friends, we had celebrities around us, red carpets, fans,
