These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
This video should be a little more interesting to all of my international audiences and the other international group members, and my other allies. It has a close up of a black hoodie jacket civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and two Victoria BC Canada police vehicles (1 black & white, 1 unmarked), in the same general area together at the same time.
The civilian black hoodie jacket gangstalking perpetrator is the one that you should all be looking at his face more closely. That perp had already been recorded and shared by me from one of my previous videos in the same location. The perp retard just want to return and get some more internet fame. I always share my video and photographic content because keeping it all for my own personal enjoyment, not sharing, is rather counter productive.
You can see me passing the gangstlaking perp retard at night as I recorded him in infrared night vision. I did a fake perp cough imitation as he walked off down the street and continued to loiter around some more before continuing to walk away. I want the perp to stay around longer. The perp was loitering around and crossing the street crosswalk when I drove my car up to record him going back in the street crosswalk, just to cross the same street again in front of my car high light beams shining into his face for some reverse brightening tactic, and to get himself recorded again. Black hoodie perp pulled his hood over his head in a pathetic attempt to partially conceal his face when he crossed the same street twice. That perp actually thinks pulling his hood over his head to keep his face from my associates and I, along with everyone else I will share to, internationally.
The two police SUVs are another interesting point. The black and white, black unmarked police cars were just conveniently loitering around the same area and the black hoodie gangstalking perp. I talked to some of my group associates and one of my government/corporation official friends and they also agree with my situational assessment too. The first black and white police SUV turned on some other street, but I continued following the second black unmarked police SUV until in stopped behind some other cars blocking up the street.
