These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
I was meeting some of my other associates and government official friends on Canada Day statutory holiday, and we were doing far more than just out and about doing socializing. I mentioned many times before that crowded events with lots of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and low light is very good for doing "hiding in plain sight" in front of everyone's faces.
My associates and my factions of government official friends can exchange any storage devices of videos, photographs, and information files with each other in front of everyone, out in the open right in front of them and under their noses. There were civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators in the holiday event crowds, uniformed Victoria city police, BC Canada Legislature Security with side arms, and even assault rifles walking around. We were sharing and exchanging our content material in front of every one of them as they were walking around nearby.
My government/corporation official and politician friends like my skills and abilities. I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of political party, former sports entertainment crowd control staff from a sports entertainment complex, and an apartment building owner landlord's kid. These past roles mean I have the skills to see patterns, read body language, and understand what everyone is up to, what they are doing, how they are doing it, and also where they are doing it.
