These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
This video has several organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators in it, mostly in the night time portion of this video. The rest of this video is mainly for general video image information sifting by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools by my other international group associates from the various groups. We will find other information.
The night time parts of this videos has the pretend loitering street bum gangstalker perp who was sitting down on the ground in front of the office building glass door. The street bum perp was sitting under the building front door surveillance camera above his head. I also saw the street bum and some other perp guy walking together out of the office building parking lot later in the evening. I mentioned before that I can see the building, the other surround buildings, parking lots, and some of the side streets from my high up vantage point. I can see 1-2 city blocks in a circle around me.
The second black jacket perp that was meeting up with the pretend fake street bum perp, was later walking around the area and went into the other parking lot with the loitering blue SUV. That was the same SUV that I purposefully drove in front to record.
Towards the end of this video, there was a black and a white gangstalking perp car that did a timed and staged same time exit from another building parking lot from another location at night. You can see me sit inside my car to wait for the black and the white cars to leave, so that I can get some recording of them. Then I pulled out of my parking space to follow them from behind to get closer recordings of their vehicle plate numbers. You will notice that the black perp car drove fast to get away and leaving the white perp car stranded behind by the red traffic light. The white gangstalking perp car did not want to run the red light and get a traffic fine ticket by red light enforcement camera. Then I drove next to the white perp car to video record more details. You can see the white perp car hesitating to complete its left turn due to gangstalking perp fear of impending internet fame. It is too late for both black and white gangstalking perpetrator vehicles. Organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators will betray each other for their own personal survival without honor.
