These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Some of my international group associates and I went out to bag and tag many organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and other collaborators for later sharing to the other global groups and their worldwide members.
You should be able to spot the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators from their behavior and other body language. The perps like to conspicuously loiter too long in any locations and what they pretend to be doing does not fit into the context of the situation they are pretending to be covering themselves up. The gangstalking perps basically have very bad acting skills or competence.
Look at the ones inside the Dairy Queen restaurant where my associate and I are aim our spy camera devices at. We do not just point our spy camera device in some random direction because the direction exists over there somewhere. Every face, vehicle plate number, building street address number will be sent off internationally to the others. The video and photographic images will be sifted for any information by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools. My associates and I will be squeezing the videos and photos for every drop of information we can use.
There is one part of this video where some guy wearing a white hoodie, black backpack, was crossing a street crosswalk from right side to the left side, and did a raised left elbow like a chicken wing, that guy is a gangstalking perp and that raised chicken wing gesture was a perp signal. Non perps do not walk around doing such out of place gestures as they move along, and not necessary. That perp turned his head in my direction and got some reverse car high light beam brightening in his face while being recorded.
The one head light, one missing hubcap vehicles are also perp vehicles. The perps purposefully turn off or deactivate one headlight, or alternate the dim and bright of the headlights in a checker board pattern, as psychological mind games. Those pathetic attempt are to instill visual dissonance and to subtly create mental bother. Any of these and other organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator tactics can be mimicked and turned back on the perps too.
There was also part of this video where about 4 black and white Victoria BC police vehicles were gathering and turning left onto one of the side streets. It is towards the ending one quarter of this video. That is a stage police fake emergency street theatre act, signaling the police are watching and ganging up on anyone if they feel like doing it, whenever.
