These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
This video is titled, "Failed Police & Civilian Gangstalking PERPS Set Up Frame Me", for good reasons as you will find out after you watch this video and read the video descriptions. You will understand what I mean later.
The other parts of this video is basically for sending off internationally, so that the faces, vehicles, and buildings can be scanned and sifted for information by other human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools.
The most interesting parts are the parts of this video at night. Look carefully at the excessively loitering organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator cars and the police cars. Those will be the perps and collaborators you will be looking for. They are in the night time parts of this video.
The first loitering gangstalking perp vehicle is the one loitering around for quite some time behind the hedge at night on the side street. You can see that perp car loiter behind the hedge and then slow drove after as it got video recorded from the other side of the same hedge.
There was a white, red, and blue traffic division cop car pretending to be doing a random traffic stop nearby to the location of the first gangstalking perp car. The cop car was stopped at the side of the street with red and blue lights flashing. You can not miss that.
The most interesting part of this video was towards the end parts of this video with the loitering gangstalking perpetrator car in the building parking lot at night. The two inside were just loitering without headlights all on like they were casing the place for some nefarious deeds. Non gangstlaking perps do not sit for an extended time period to stare at some random building while they pretend to live there and/or just visiting someone for 30+ minutes. They called the cops to say that I was being creepy by noticing and documenting their suspicious behavior while they repeatedly circled around the building and leaving, coming back again. The cops were not in this video when the three police officers arrived. I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a major political party, apartment building owner landlord's kid, former sports arena entertainment complex crowd control side job staff. My background mean I know what to say and how to say them to police, and other official types. I said some words to the three cops and some other stuff and they eventually left and did nothing. The loitering car perp got exposed and recorded along with some others from the building as perp collaborators. I sent them all off to the other international group associates and some of my own factions of anti corruption government/corporation
