00:10The six defendants in the alleged operation have been charged with A1 felonies, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree,
00:17and or criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree for their roles in the distribution and sale of large quantities of these deadly narcotics.
00:26And each A1 felony carries a maximum sentence of 25 years of incarceration.
00:31Obviously, we're still contemplating adding charges to the grand jury once our investigation is concluded.
00:38And in addition to those charges, three of the defendants also have been charged with criminal possession of a weapon with a Class C violent felon.
00:45This was discussed with New York City being a hub.

00:54Because they're really, they're really ready for letting us know what's happening and really educating us as to what the trends are in New York City.

01:13The six defendants, including Pallado, have been charged, and it is alleged that they are distributing substantial quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin from the Bronx all the way out here to Suffolk County.
01:27Pallado's network was allegedly supplied by co-repent of Luigi Peralta, who resided in both Suffolk County and New Bronx, as well as co-repent in the Dominguez of Ayshaw.
01:37The network's level of trafficking was significant.
01:41They were not dealing small amounts of end users.
01:44This was an effort that was bribing on selling large supplies of antibiotics to other significant drug dealers for sale, not only in the Bronx, but here in Suffolk County.
