00:41The forum is very significant in terms of the relations between China and the Central Asian countries,
00:50as I am also from Turkmenistan, as a Central Asian country.
00:53This is a great platform to build momentum, to build momentum, to enhance this regional cooperation
01:03in the field of also which aligns with our priorities, our Karak Institute priorities.
01:10And I hope the platform, the China-Central Asia Platform, will incentivize more dynamic to the relations of the countries.
01:26Kazakhstan is an example of regional cooperation.

01:36demonstrating the breadth collaboration among Central Asia countries.
01:43All countries in this region are very close partners,
01:48and especially Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
01:51Kazakhstan and China share a very long border,
01:54and we've been working together in the many areas.
01:59Mostly, I would say, this relationship and cooperation was economic,
02:04in the areas of economic development.
02:09But now, also, I can see more and more projects that are in the areas of, for example,
02:17research, education, student exchange,
02:21but also, you know, culture and other areas.
02:27Xinjiang has become a central hub for cooperation,
02:31with over one billion in joint investments
02:34and more than 50 industrial and technological parks,
02:38facilitating cultural and economic exchange with neighboring countries.
02:44In recent years, Xinjiang is more opening to the whole world,
02:50and we welcome all the foreign friends, foreign organizations,
02:56foreign people of all walks of life to come to Xinjiang and to see Xinjiang in personal.
03:04And I think the hosting of this forum plays a very important role
03:09in inviting all of the people from Central Asia countries,
03:14for them to see opportunities to cooperate in businesses,
03:20in trading, in cultural exchanges.
03:23The forum also includes sub-forums on trade, education, poverty reduction and women's issues.
03:32We are affirming the intention to build closer and more multifaceted cooperation
03:38between China and Central Asia countries.
