Uzbekistan and the United States agree to multi-billion dollar investments after White House meeting

Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and US President Donald Trump held bilateral talks at the White House, after which $34.5 billion in economic agreements and trade contracts were signed between the two countries, under which US companies are to implement projects in the central Asian nation.
