00:05Trade turnover between the U.S. and Uzbekistan has already quadrupled over the past eight years,

00:10with more than 300 American companies now successfully operating in the country.

00:16In just the past six weeks, Presidents Shavkat Mirziyayev and Donald Trump have met twice,

00:22a clear signal of growing trust and ambition between the two countries.

00:26This visit in the framework of the C5 Plus One Summit resulted in nearly $35 billion worth of new agreements

00:34and trade contracts in the areas of critical minerals, digitalization, energy, transport and aviation.

00:41Over the next decade, more than $100 billion investment projects are being prepared,

00:47making one of the most significant expansions of U.S. engagement in Central Asia.
