00:00All right, let's get that music going, Tyler.
00:03Big, big weekend in college football as the first college football playoff poll
00:10was unveiled earlier this week.
00:14And there are some interesting games.
00:16Let's see where folks are going, some games.
00:18A big one there in the Big 12.
00:20A top eight matchup as BYU will travel to Lubbock to face Texas Tech,
00:26the biggest game so far in the Big 12.
00:28Another game that looked like it was going to be number two, Indiana.
00:36They are the number two team in the country, by the way.
00:39The most losing-as-play program in a Power Five.
00:43The Indiana Hoosiers are number two in history, number two.
00:47And they are going to play Penn State, who has just completely fallen apart.
00:52That was supposed to be a big game.
00:54We'll see how Indiana does there.
00:56Oregon, the biggest win for Indiana.
00:59Number nine, Oregon, is going to go on the road to Iowa City.
01:04They'll face Iowa, number 20, Iowa.
01:06They just seem to live in 20 to 25 every year in their rankings.
01:11Iowa under Kirk Ferentz.
01:13And then the big one.
01:14That'll keep you around for 20.
01:15It will.
01:16The big one there in Columbia is Tyler's, Texas A&M Aggies.
01:21They will go and face number 22, Missouri.
01:24LSU at Alabama.
01:25Another one we thought was bigger.
01:28A couple of others that are some big games this weekend that can have a big, big play,
01:35a big role in the college football playoff.
01:38Clint, where are you going since we know where Tyler is?
01:40Where are you going in this game as a game you're watching?
01:42This is an easy one for me, man.
01:44It's BYU-Texas Tech.
01:46I mean, like I said before, I'm not as deep into college football as I once was.
01:53I'm obviously a fan, but I'm not as deep into watching every team and analyzing every team.
01:58But everybody that I respect in that world is really high on Texas Tech.
02:06And I can't help but get on that train.
02:09I mean, a school that is late in terms of kind of being one of them middle-of-the-pack schools
02:16that nobody really respects kind of deal.
02:18And all of a sudden, you've got a shot with NIL and Transfer Portal,
02:21and you hire a coach from Texas, a high school coach from Texas,
02:25and he's up there doing big things.
02:28I'm rooting for the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
02:30They've got BYU at their place.
02:33This is going to be a monster game.
02:34If they can win this sucker right here, I mean, you've got to start.
02:36And, look, they're already up there in the top ten,
02:38so you're already taking them serious about the college football playoffs.
02:42But if they win this game right here, man,
02:44you've got to take them real serious about being one of the better teams in the country.
02:49Yeah, absolutely.
02:50And the winner of this game is in the driver's seat in the Big 12
02:54to potentially get that spot.
02:58Obviously, they would have to win the Big 12 title game,
03:00but you're in the driver's seat there.
03:02Yeah, that is a big game.
03:05Listen, this feels like one of those weekends, Clint,
03:09where there is going to be an upset, like a potential.
03:13It's set up for that where you've got some top teams going on the road
03:18to some unranked teams or some ranked teams in the 20s.
03:23And I'm just going to keep an eye on this Georgia-Mississippi State game.
03:29I'll keep an eye on that game.
03:30Mississippi State is a lot better team,
03:33and they have had some top teams on the ropes in Starkville.
03:39They had Texas on the ropes in Starkville.
03:42They have played some pretty good ball at home.
03:48Who else did they have earlier?
03:50They had somebody and felt like they should have beat Tennessee
03:55at home earlier this year.
03:58It's a weird game.
03:59They are a much better team than they have been,
04:02and I like what that coach is out there doing.
04:04That is one to watch.
04:05I'm not going to sit here and say I've got the balls to pick Mississippi State
04:08to beat Georgia, but Georgia just hasn't seemed like the same Georgia.
04:12I'm sorry.
04:13I've watched that Florida team.
04:15I know it's a rivalry, and I know the game's in Jacksonville,
04:18and it's the cocktail, whatever.
04:21That was a little too close for comfort.
04:23Like, there was a point in the fourth quarter I thought Florida might pull this off,
04:27and they fired their coach, and they're all this,
04:30and they're in the game with Georgia, and they've just had some tough games,
04:33and they've had teams score on them in a way we haven't seen teams score on Kirby
04:37since he's been at Georgia.
04:38That is one for me to watch.
04:41All right, Tyler, the big one.
04:42I know for you, yeah, there it is.
04:47Two Missouri.
04:48They go two Missouri, boys.
04:50And this is one that falls into that space, Tyler.
04:53Your Aggies on the road against my wife's Missouri Tigers.
04:58This is another kind of one of those games that are in the way for A&M,
05:05who I think probably has the best resume in the country.
05:08This would add to it.
05:09If they could win this game three road wins against ranked opponents,
05:14it would be Missouri, LSU, and Notre Dame.
05:17Big, big game.
05:18How are you feeling?
05:19How are you feeling?
05:19I'm actually feeling pretty damn tremendous, man.
05:22You should.
05:22Missouri is in the way for my Aggies right now, coming up tomorrow.
05:27Up in Missouri is Clint laid out there.
05:29They're in the way, but they'll be out of the way very quickly.
05:33What is the line in that game?
05:35I would guess.
05:35Is it double fingers?
05:36I'm not sure, honestly.
05:38Cheryl?
05:38I would think it's double figures.
05:41It might be.
05:41I'll check on that and get back to that, but no, I'm feeling good about it.
05:44Because Missouri is, well, not quite.
05:48A&M minus six and a half.
05:50Oh, wow.
05:51Missouri is without their quarterback.
05:53Their starter is out for the season.
05:57He got hurt in that Vanderbilt game, and they've got,
06:00this will be this kid's first start coming in.
06:03And he's going to.
06:04Hope he's ready for a heavy dose of cash as hell.
06:07This is big for the Aggies, which, by the way, I think they'll go handle business.
06:12I think relatively easy, if I'm being honest.
06:1641-10 last season, by the way.
06:18These are different squads, but 41-10 last season.
06:21Yeah, look, I think A&M handles business in a big, big way.
06:24But, you know, you're at a point.
06:28You get by Missouri.
06:29A&M has set themselves up for getting 9-0.
06:34You set yourself up to be undefeated going to Austin.
06:37That is going to be.
06:38And if Texas can keep improving, that is going to be a monster game, bro.
06:45And that would lock them into the SEC title game, right?
06:49If they go into Austin, they're the only undefeated team right now, right?
06:55Yeah, that would lock them in.
06:56If they make it all the way to the last game of the year undefeated, yes,
06:59they will go.
07:00That would put them automatically.
07:01They'd be automatically playing for nothing.
07:04But you'd be playing for something.
07:07So that's going to be big.
07:08The vibes are high, man.
07:09The vibes are high.
07:10Elko has got these boys.
07:13The charts on Heisman Watch.
07:16The defense is coming around, stopping the run a little better here lately.
07:19Cassius Howell, man.
07:20I know I already mentioned him, but God.
07:22That's the only chance.
07:23Missouri, their running back is one of the toughest guys to bring down.
07:28And he's a good back.
07:30And when they have played well, he has played really, really well.
07:33Breaks tackles a lot.
07:35That's really it.
07:36You can't feel great about your quarterback coming in and getting his first start.
07:40I'm just saying him.
07:41So a big weekend in college football.
07:43No, I don't need you to do a yell.
07:45This is a yell game.
07:49Beat the hell out of Missouri.
07:52Hey.
07:53Woo.
07:54I don't know if this is a yell-worthy game, but you can let it out right now.
07:58Oh, every agate game is a yell-worthy game.
08:00No, T, I know you've done this a lot, but I'd take a little bit of the base out of that.
08:05I don't know.
08:06I think you left your range there.
08:07Well, my voice is kind of cutting out on me today, so I went lower than I normally would,
08:11trying to make sure it didn't cut out.
08:13It wasn't my best, but I wanted to see if I could teach some people a yell here.
08:17Oh, okay.
08:18I should have analyzed in the break, right?
08:22What you got coming for the board?
