00:00An interesting one last night, Carla, with the Lakers.
00:04You know, the great equalizer is having Luka Doncic.
00:07No Austin Reeves, a late scratch last night, but it didn't matter.
00:11I was looking forward to seeing this.
00:13Webb Ayama versus Doncic, but the amount of whistles and foul
00:17and fouling out was over the top in that game last night.
00:21It really was.
00:23And, you know, it's a Luka.
00:25You mentioned having Luka Doncic, but it's an in-shape Luka Doncic
00:28that you really want to have.
00:30Not the dude that walks around way above his weight.
00:33The in-shape Luka Doncic has been terrific this season,
00:35and it shows offensively for the Los Angeles Lakers.
00:38They've been playing great basketball.
00:39We know they're on one of the hottest teams in the NBA right now
00:42on this five-game win streak.
00:43They're able to squeak one out against one of the best defensive teams
00:46in the NBA with Webb Ayama on the other side.
00:48So we know that they're going to be able to score all season long.
00:51I think the questions that everybody really has is, one,
00:54when LeBron James comes back, how does he fit into this team?
00:57And then, two, are they going to be able to defend enough to win a championship?
01:01They can score enough to win a championship, but can they play some defense?
01:05And we saw with the hacking and everything that happened last night,
01:07that's going to be a work in progress all season long.
01:10So Lakers are going to score.
01:11So if you ever have to take an over in any of these games, I would take it.
01:15The question is, to win a championship, you've got to defend.
01:18Can they sit down and defend?
01:20And the jury's still on that one.
