00:07Kelly Ripa was flying solo, well, almost, on the Monday, November 3rd episode of Live with Kelly

00:13and Mark. With Mark Consuelos absent from the show, Ripa was joined by frequent guest co-host

00:18Steve Patterson, who happily told viewers it was so great to be back. While Ripa didn't share why

00:24her husband and co-host was missing in action, she couldn't resist poking fun at him.

00:29As the Hope and Faith actress welcomed several TCS New York City marathon runners in the audience,

00:34the TV favorite joked,

00:36I see a lot of marathoners here. Did any of you see Mark still on the course somewhere?

00:41Patterson joined in on the light-hearted moment, quipping,

00:44Has the last person finished yet? My goodness gracious.

00:48Ripa laughed and added,

00:49Yes! The last person dragged himself across the course, drawing chuckles from the crowd.

00:53The blonde beauty was likely joking, as Consuelos didn't run the 2025 New York City marathon.

01:00Though neither joined the race, Ripa shared her view of the star-studded event.

01:04I always get excited when I see, you know, we live near where the marathon finishers come in,

01:09and the crowds are really wild, she explained, referring to their Upper East Side townhouse.

01:14While Ripa enjoys the chaos of the annual marathon, her and Consuelos' dog,

01:19Lina, isn't a fan. Noting their pup is very afraid of the outdoors,

01:23the 55-year-old admitted Lina was a little noise-reactive to the race.

01:27She's like a house dog. I don't know how else to describe her, Ripa mentioned.

01:32She's reactive to other dogs, people on the street. She sort of bear crawls on the street,

01:36Ripa detailed.

01:37She refused to walk because there were so many people running with their signs toward Central Park

01:42and the marathon. Because Lina wouldn't walk, Ripa said she had to carry her to her poo-poo spot.

01:48Pretending to whisper, Ripa recalled,

01:50I go, I'm carrying you to the poo-poo spot, and she's trembling and shaking.

01:55There's a lot of screaming and yelling, and it's very exciting.

01:58I'm excited to be there, and she is horrified.

02:01It was wild. It was two kinds of marathons.

02:04It was a marathon waiting for my dog to poop,

02:06and a marathon of people actually finishing the marathon.
