00:12Kelly Ripa noted that she and Mark Consuelos split household duties, but realized he doesn't

00:17fully appreciate her fall and holiday decorations in their New York City home.

00:22We never really did a big Thanksgiving thing, Consuelos claimed, clarifying he mainly meant

00:26outside the house, though Ripa was quick to disagree. Admitting she's done no decorating

00:31this year because there is a lot of construction going on at the house next door, Ripa explained,

00:36usually I have big pumpkins that I leave out front. Thank you for checking in, it's as if you don't

00:41live in the house where you live, she added teasing her husband of nearly 30 years. Ripa continued,

00:47but what I will do is take down Halloween, decorations, and I leave the big pumpkins for

00:52Thanksgiving. Along with the cornucopia that we always have in the middle of the table that

00:57you apparently haven't noticed before, she declared, signaling laughter from live studio

01:02audience. See, here's the thing, you know how certain things you push and they just work in

01:07the house? That's my department. I don't tell you about the little things like what's wrong with the

01:12air conditioning unit. I just take care of it. And you do the decorations, she added. Ripa didn't let

01:17the lighthearted argument stop there. As she replied, right. But having said that, there is

01:23the light that flickers in our bathroom all the time for like eight years. That was the LED

01:28transition period, Consuelos joked. After being interrupted, Ripa pointed out, and so I don't

01:34complain about it. Consuelos wasn't finished with his comedic commentary. As he quipped, you noticed

01:40that? I just thought you liked it as mood lighting. I noticed it, and it's fine, and I don't complain

01:45about it. So you can't complain about the pumpkin on the front steps, she declared. It's all fair

01:50here. Everything's fair.
