00:00Joe, in that game the other night, obviously you didn't land as many threes as you would have liked to in that game.
00:07You took threes, but you didn't hit as many as you would have liked to.
00:10Is there anything you look at when you've looked back at that game as the reason why?
00:16I mean, it's low-hanging fruit, and we've got a lot of great looks that we have to knock down.
00:21We have to, you know, do other things as well to generate shots,
00:27whether it's, you know, do a better job of rebounding so we can get out in transition,
00:31whether it's crashing more so we can get layups off those crashes,
00:36whether it's force more turnovers to get out in transition.
00:38So, yes, the low-hanging fruit in the obvious is, you know, we missed a ton of shots.
00:43But if you're looking at the process of what goes into winning a game is, you know,
00:48we've done a really good job of playing Celtic basketball for 24 to 36 minutes, you know, throughout this season.
00:56And, you know, we have to play, you know, 48 minutes of Celtic basketball.
01:00And, you know, I thought we had a great first half.
01:03We had a great second half of the fourth quarter.
01:06And I thought that kind of 12 to 15 minutes, you know, where we just weren't the best version of ourselves
01:11is the area that we have to clean up.
01:13And some of that is shot making.
01:14Some of that is shot selection.
01:16But it's also, you know, our effort, our execution, and our discipline on the defensive end.
01:22How do you balance that?
01:23If shots aren't falling from deep, right, and I know you can shoot your way through it,
01:26and the law of averages is that you're going to start making some of those versus, hey,
01:29the shots aren't falling, so let's attack in a different way.
01:33Yeah, I mean, I think it's a combination of both because at the end of the day,
01:37you empower especially the great shooters that we have who have consistently, you know,
01:42made shots over a much longer sample of years.
01:45You know, it's a balance of giving those guys the confidence, knowing that they can,
01:49at the same time doing other things.
01:52You know, if we get stops on the defensive end, if we force more turnovers,
01:54we can get out and get easy baskets.
01:56So, you know, the game is connected in that way.
01:59And, you know, we just have to have an understanding of, you know,
02:01just playing the way we need to play to stick to the process of winning.
02:04And, you know, the game is connected in that way.
