00:00We'll see in the next 15 minutes how it goes, I guess, right?
00:03We'll determine that post-interview.
00:04You said this is your Orlando Magic moment, so who are you?
00:07Bottom of the bend, yeah.
00:08Are you Ron Harper Jr. today?
00:10Yes, exactly.
00:10Who are you, Shireman?
00:11Who are you in this scenario?
00:13Yeah, Ron Harper Jr. is a good, yeah, that's good.
00:15I like that.
00:16Joe, what's your biggest takeaway coming off of Game 2 against the 76ers?
00:21Yeah, I mean, I think, obviously,
00:24I knew we were going to get a better version of them.
00:27I think a lot of things.
00:27I think, you know, when you're reassessing a game, regardless of the result,
00:32you've got to go back to, you know, 15, 20 possessions.
00:34I think in the playoffs, managing runs and managing momentum is, you know,
00:40something that you have to really pay attention to.
00:43You know, and the game in its entirety is super important.
00:47And, you know, I think the end of the first quarter, we lost momentum
00:52and they went on a big run.
00:55You know, we were up seven in the middle of the second quarter.
00:57Another big run there.
00:59You know, and then in a close game against a good team, you know,
01:05you have to be able to get stops and make shots.
01:07You know, and I thought they did that and we did it.
01:10And, you know, we'll get better at that.
01:12Joe, I'm watching you guys all year.
01:14I've been interested in how you've managed some of the, you know,
01:18the reserves, some of the bench guys.
01:20And what goes into your thought process when you're deciding, you know,
01:24this is going to be a big night for Shireman or for Garza.
01:28And it's sometimes it, it kind of ebbs and flows.
01:31What goes into some of those decisions?
01:32Are they always sort of situational based game plan oriented or what goes into
01:37that?
01:39It's a little bit of both.
01:40I mean, it's definitely, it's situationally based,
01:42but it's also at the same time,
01:43they all bring something different kind of in their own way.
01:46And I think a lot of factors have to go in that.
01:48I think situations, matchups, sub patterns,
01:51what you think the other team's matchup will be depending upon who you go with,
01:56what you think the other team's coverages are going to be.
01:59Do you want to match this player versus that player?
02:02I think there's a lot of stuff that goes into it.
02:04It's also, they all bring a little bit,
02:06something unique to us and, and, you know,
02:09have impacted winning in their own way.
02:11And I think it's important to try to get the best of all of them because
02:14they've all helped us win.
