00:00It's been a great four years, and no matter, my vote is clearly for Governor Cuomo.
00:10We can't go backwards. We can't legalize prostitution. We can't tax people based
00:16on their ethnicity. We can't defund our police department. We cannot go after small businesses.
00:23And, you know, hey, this city's not a socialist city. This is in capitalism,
00:26where you come here as a dishwasher, and one day you can become the mayor if you work hard enough.
00:32And we can't lie to New Yorkers and act like we're going to freeze their rent,
00:36and then the night your residents are going to learn that you can't freeze their rent.
00:39You can't freeze the rent of Michelin. You can't freeze the rent of market rate.
00:45And we have to move forward. And we can't allow not only the lack of experience.
00:51That's the least of our concerns. The most important part of it is that we can't hurt the city.
00:56We cannot go backwards. So whomever is the mayor needs to continue the legacy and the success,
01:01public safety, housing, you name it, we did it. And whoever's the mayor needs to continue to do that.
01:08And so the only message I can give to New Yorkers as I go to the next leg of my journey,
01:13I'm leaving you a good city. Don't it up.
