Extremely buoyant sale today. I don't think we've ever seen a sale with so many agents within a 100k radius.
00:06
I don't think there's anything else to do today. Big crowds, prices were anywhere from
00:10
probably 40 to 50 cents, up to probably 80 cents dearer than last month.
00:14
We had a strong contingent of buyers here from the local area, Wangaratta and Dongga.
00:19
Elders Bendigo were very strong. VLP were incredibly strong on the Heifer run.
00:24
And then local feedlots. I think the last of the spring drop cars are just coming through.
00:28
Most of those spring cars are pushing towards 400 plus kilos now.
00:31
But we had a very good run of our lead order and drop cars here today.
00:35
Best of those steer cars were commanding up to $6.30 and $40.
00:39
And the Heifer cars were probably the highlight.
00:41
A lot of Heifer cars making $5.30 to $5.60 a kilo here today.
00:45
And where were they going?
00:46
Probably local were buying support. As I said, VLP very strong on the Heifers as well as Rodwell and Giroa.
00:52
We had a couple of orders from South Australia that were buying the lighter weight Heifers.
00:56
And then you broke the contingent.
00:58
I think the President and the President and the President have been Baners as well.
