00:22I didn't know that windows weren't allowed, privacy laws, etc.
00:26Karen didn't approve of the new window plans and she's not hiding it.
00:30So neighbor A's house was looked over by our administrator.
00:33So when he saw our window, he let the owner know like, hey, she's doing this, she's doing that.
00:37I need to come apply some pressure.
00:39So, you know, the owner of neighbor B came and we spoke.
00:42That neighbor and I came to an agreement.
00:44As long as I put it higher up, I painted his wall.
00:46He was okay with that window there.
00:48But neighbor A wasn't so kind and would take drastic action.
00:52She told me she no longer wanted a window there.
00:54I have to move my gas things to my roof and we're going to need access to your side.
00:58We're going to have to drill new piping and all that shit for the gas.
01:02She started complaining that it was too loud, that it was too messy.

01:07I sealed up the windows.
01:08But instead of sealing it up with like blocks, I sealed it up with clear blocks to let light in.
01:14Well, she wasn't happy with that.
01:15I can't see into her yard and she can't see into my home.
01:18And wait until you hear her explanation for it.
01:20Because you build your wall so high up, it covers the sunshine from hitting my grass.
01:25And my grass died because of your construction.
01:27So you need to pay for your guys to lay down concrete in my backyard as well.
01:31The next day, she sent the police in the city.
01:36It got so messy that I decided to wave the white flag because they kept calling the cops.
01:40We got into it last night over the window.
01:54She didn't leave.
01:57She kept going at it and going at it.
01:58She's convinced there's a deeper reason they don't like her.
02:06I believe there is a lot of discrimination on her behalf and underlying resentment.

02:16I have the opinion that a lot of the resentment that that neighbor along with some of my other neighbors

02:45We have received our second official notice to demolish from the HOA.
02:49And if I don't demolish or give them a date to demolish my home,
02:53they will start fining me 200 vessels per day.
02:55They cannot legally demolish me.
02:57My house has been certified by the city.
02:59So they are going the route of trying to pressure me into it.
