00:00Didn't come close to Chicago and Cincinnati.
00:02And I guess, perhaps, the crazier the game,
00:06the more you allow frustration in the locker room.
00:12And maybe you're going to hear some things
00:15and some comments that you typically wouldn't otherwise.
00:19So here is Chase Brown following Cincinnati
00:23after another very tough loss.
00:27We just got to play complimentary football.
00:28We put the ball in the end zone and go up a point at the end,
00:32finish the game.
00:34Just end it.
00:35That's it.
00:37That's what we need to do, just end the game.
00:40Make them get us the ball back, let us go to 22 victory,
00:44and let's end the game.
00:46That's how I feel.
00:47Any playmaker on this team, any position,
00:50we're all willing to do whatever it takes to win.
00:55We just got to finish.
00:56I think that's what you go into this bye week.
01:00Thinking and kind of repeating to yourself is just finish, finish, finish these game games.
01:06Please finish them.

01:11Joe, for Cincinnati, the defense is really the story.
01:16They gave up 576 yards of offense to the Chicago Bears,
01:22and that is coming off of a week where they gave up 502 yards to the New York Jets.
01:28On the Cincy side, what is your big takeaway from that football game?
01:34Well, I mean, 25 seconds left on the clock.
01:37You have a one-point lead, and you have to close it out.
01:39I mean, we've seen it time and time again,
01:42and I know as a whole, collectively, Cincinnati's defense is garbage.
01:48Yeah.
01:48But from a technique perspective, to allow Loveland to race 60 yards down the field
01:54because you don't want to wrap up in today's game is absolutely pathetic
02:00if you're an NFL player.
02:01I'm sorry.
02:02If you don't want to tackle as a defensive back or a linebacker, get out of the league.
02:08You're basically wasting a paycheck, and that's what these guys do now.
02:11You see it at the high school level.
02:13You see it through college.
02:14You see it through the NFL.
02:15Wrap up, man.
02:17Like, I don't understand.
02:19You want to win.
02:19You're a professional athlete, but they're always worried about either injury or –
02:25but if you're worried about injury, don't play the game.
02:29Nobody is forcing you to play at an elite level.
02:32But if you're going to play at an elite level, give it 150%,
02:36especially when there's 25 seconds left on the clock, and you have a one-point lead.
02:42That was like a high school game yesterday.
02:44I mean, it's ridiculous.
02:47It sure is.
02:49The guy runs down the field 65 yards.
02:53Show that to the kids.
02:55You know, use that as a training tape.
02:57A little teach tape.
02:58Look, this is the situation for me, Joe, right?
03:01As my Super Bowl pick was the Cincinnati Bengals.
03:03So, and I said, easy, easy, easy, easy.
03:09Wow.
03:09I didn't realize.
03:11I parlayed it with James Cook's season one receiving.
03:13It's a couple of bad beats.
03:15Not right by you.
03:17I had felt that Joe Burrow's injury is where this whole thing was lost.
03:24And then the win against Pittsburgh gave them some life.
03:29And they have now proceeded to lose two games where they've scored 38 points in each game.
03:37The defense without Trey Hendrickson is historically bad.
03:41It's bad when he's in.
03:43It's historically bad when he's out.
03:45Al Golden will be back in the college ranks.
03:48I don't know.
03:49I mean, give it five minutes.
03:52I mean, he's headed right back as a, I don't know, Notre Dame analyst or whatever he wants to be.
03:57Because that's not worked out.
03:58But for Cincinnati, Joe, it's a lot more than one season not working out.
04:03You cannot keep this roster together.
04:07You can't.
04:08I am sorry.
04:09You can keep the big three together.
04:10No, you can't.
04:11You have to.
04:12You can't.
04:12Joe, hold on a second.
04:14You believe in Joe Burrow through and through, yes?
04:17Yeah.
04:17Why is Joe Flacco replicating his numbers?
04:20But Kev, come on.
04:22Look, you get one.
04:25You get Chase.
04:26That's enough.
04:28That's enough.
04:28You're the owner, and I'm not.
04:30Here's the thing.
04:31That's got to be enough.
04:32Zach Taylor chopped.
04:34No doubt about it.
04:35Okay, get rid of him.
04:36Yes.
04:36All right, and draft defensive, guys.
04:38That's it.
04:39You got to keep Higgins.
04:40You got to keep Chase.
04:42No, you can't keep Higgins.
04:43I'm sorry.
04:44You can't keep Higgins.
04:44I'm getting rid of Chase, quite frankly.
04:45Get rid of everybody.
04:47Yeah, listen.
04:48Maybe get rid of Burrow and keep Flacco at this rate.
04:51It's a resident.
04:52Yeah.
04:53Yeah.
04:53All right.
04:54No now, I'll be here.
05:11Yep.
05:12All right.
