00:17agreements between the two nations. He also described the position of Puerto

00:22España as a direct aggression and urged the relevant parties to review the

00:27bilateral negotiations.

00:40Texas will go to the polls to elect governors and majors in an election that

00:45will test the political climate during Donald Trump's second term. Attention is
