00:00fans are still very much fretting about the backup quarterback situation dan just what aren't
00:10austin or luke doing or what do they need like our backup quarterback went four for four tonight
00:14we won the game you don't have to tell me i'm just well then tell them i mean what like
00:19like they should go to our locker room and see them carry brock thomas up in the locker room
00:24after the game like our players see it every day in practice when did when has brock come in and
00:28not performed well for us this season he's done what we've asked him to do every time he's come
00:32in so people should stop worrying about it and they should also know that those other quarterbacks are
00:36doing a really good job in practice too but brock's playing well guys right watch the film
00:41when you have a punter as good as james and have that much of a weapon does that allow you to play
00:47with a little bit more freedom on offense knowing that if you're in a situation where you have to
00:50punt that you're pretty much in a good situation
00:52i don't think so no i don't i mean i mean we trust our punter right but it doesn't make you call the
01:01offense different um knowing that um you know that ferg's gonna be able to go create a play for you on
01:08fourth down necessarily but he's playing extremely well i mean like i said it was a good there's a
01:12punting competition today for a little bit flipping the field back and forth ferg's done
01:15you know a great job obviously connects on that on the on the punt fake if we don't have the holding
01:19call too um he's made a lot of big plays for us this season so we got a ton of confidence in him
01:23i don't think that makes us call the the offense different though
