00:00Precautionary moves are afoot and preparations well in place in the eastern and central Visayas regions as well as in the Caraga.
00:07In the anticipation of tropical storm, Tino's landfall within the next 24 hours.
00:12Likewise, the routine pre-positioning of food packs for evacuation and relief operations is also underway in pre-selected locations.

00:24Ships and vessels are temporarily anchored in the Iluilu River in preparation for the landfall of Typhoon Tino.
00:34The town of Tungarete is already feeling the impact of Typhoon Tino.
00:38According to uploader Gina Cadorna, the weather was cloudy and the area experienced heavy rainfall.
00:44In an upload by Michael Montas, it can be seen that the National Highway in Puroplos, Barangay, Tagmamarkay in Tupay, Agustin del Norte is now not possible due to the continuous rainfall caused by Typhoon Tino.
00:57The Philippine Coast Guard or PCG in eastern Visayas are also ready for the impact of Typhoon Tino.
01:03PCG has deployed 73 disaster response teams with 525 personnel in the region.
01:10High-speed response boats, rubber boats, aluminum boats, rescue trucks, service vehicles, and ambulances are also on standby for quick response to any incident.
