00:55In light of the significant developments in our maritime domain,
00:59I urge everyone never to waver in asserting our sovereignty,
01:04sovereign rights and jurisdiction all throughout our maritime domain.
01:10We acknowledge that maritime governance is a multi-sectoral and inter-agency endeavor,
01:15which is why we must work together at all levels to achieve our goals.
