00:00Welcome to the new video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:04This time, we're talking about the Z-Bike, an innovative concept vehicle for the city that is not only emission-free, but can even transport entire families or larger purchases.
00:17The set is no ordinary bike, but rather a mix of a small city car and a cargo bike, equipped with four wheels for additional stability and a roof that at least protects against rain.
00:30Especially for people who often travel in the city and deliberately want to leave the car at home, the Z offers a practical solution with a touch of car comfort, but without emissions, if the electricity comes from renewable sources.
00:45The four wheels ensure significantly greater safety on wet or slippery roads than a classic bike, and the open, yet partially protected design allows for good all-round visibility.
00:54There is no heating, but it saves weight and remains flexible.
01:02The Z is available in several versions.
01:06The urban model is designed for one adult and child or a second adult, with a remaining transport box of 107L.
01:12Those who prefer more loading space instead of a second seat can opt for the urban pure version.
01:20For families, there is the family model with space for up to four children, seatbelts and a covered passenger area.
01:27However, the storage space is reduced to 50L.
01:30If you are only looking for cargo, the Z-Box is a real space miracle with around 670L volume.
01:39And the best thing about it is that despite its size, the Z is still legally an e-bike.
01:44It can be ridden without a driver's license.
01:48The electric support works for up to 25 hours, although you still have to pedal.
01:52The urban pure starts at around 7,800 euros.
01:59This includes a basic battery with a range of up to 50 kilometers.
02:04Anyone who needs more capacity will have to pay more.
02:08Even if the Z is not a cheap pleasure, for many it offers the real added value of being able to do without a car, especially in city traffic.
