00:16Opel is offering an attractive option for anyone looking for a compact SUV suitable
00:21for everyday use with a longer range. While the well-known Frontera Electric with a 44-kilowatt
00:31battery and a range of up to 35 kilometers for around 29,000 euros is primarily designed for
00:37urban use, the new version scores with a 54-kilowatt battery and a range of around 408 kilometers.
00:44Perfect for longer distances and vacations. Visually, it shares its base with the Citroen
00:55C3 Aircross, which is quite noticeable upon closer inspection. Both electric versions produce 113
01:04horsepower and can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in around 30 minutes at a 100-watt fast
01:09charging station. For drivers who do not want to travel exclusively on electric power,
01:16Opel also offers two hybrid versions with 110 or 145 horsepower. Regardless of the drivetrain,
01:25the Frontera impresses with its striking design, generous space and practical details.
01:31The boot volume reaches up to around 1,600 L with the rear seats folded down and the 4.5 meters long
01:38model is also available as a seven-seater on request. In the interior, flexible straps,
01:45smartphone pockets on the backs of the front seats and an adhesive smartphone station ensure high
01:50utility even in the basic version, while optional extras such as wireless charging offer additional
01:55comfort. The ergonomic Intel seats with special beading also ensure a high level of seating comfort.
