00:00Welcome to the video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today we're talking about the brand new Vogue St. Rout 1625,
00:07an exciting large-wheel scooter for driving license classes A1 and B196,
00:12which particularly wants to score points with its attractive price-performance ratio.
00:17The Vogue St. Rout 16 comes from the Chinese manufacturer Leonin,
00:21a long-standing partner of BMW, and is its first large-wheel scooter.
00:25Visually, the model is reminiscent of well-known models such as the Liberty or Medley from Piaggio
00:31as well as the SH Series from Honda. However, the Vogue St. Rout 16 has its own unique charms.
00:38As is typical for a large-wheel scooter, the Vogue St. Rout 16 rolls with relatively large wheels.
00:44At the front is a 16-inch wheel with a 180 format tire. At the rear, a 14-inch wheel with a 12080
00:51tire is used. This combination ensures stable and comfortable handling,
00:58which makes it particularly interesting for everyday urban use.
01:03Visually, the black painted aluminum wheels with sanded sides set striking accents.
01:09Under the plastic cladding is a sturdy steel frame, complemented by a telescopic fork at the front
01:15and two spring struts with adjustable preload at the rear. Both wheels are decelerated by modern disc
01:22brakes, of course including abs. At the heart of the Vogel St. Rout 16 is an air and water-cooled
01:30four-stroke cylinder engine with two valves, electronic fuel injection and, remarkable for this class,
01:36traction control. The output is around 12 horsepower at 8,500 revolutions per minute.
01:43In combination with the typical continuously variable variator, the scooter reaches a top
01:49speed of up to 100 kilometers per hour. The officially registered speed is 97 kilometers per
01:55hour. At the same time, the consumption remains pleasantly low at around 2.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
02:04According to the manufacturer, the weight with a full tank is around 142 kilograms without the
02:09standard top case, which offers additional storage space in addition to the usual helmet
02:13compartment under the seat with a capacity of 29 liters. The Vogel St. Rout 16 is also generously
02:22equipped. A large windshield, hand protectors, LED lighting, a 7-inch LCD cockpit, a keyless start
02:30system, a USB port and a 12-volt socket in the smartphone compartment are all standard features.
02:38The scooter has been available in Germany since the end of May 2025, optionally in matte black or
02:44matte olive gray and costs around €3,600 including all additional delivery costs.
