00:00Welcome to the new video from the CarMagazine Tuning Blog,
00:05where today it's all about the revised Fiat Fastback Model Year 2026.
00:10An SUV coupe that was developed in Brazil and now features a subtle but noticeable facelift.
00:18The first official images show a modernized front with a redesigned radiator grille,
00:22more angular lines and modified side air intakes.
00:25Even though the silhouette remains unchanged, the new look appears significantly more dynamic.
00:33Not least thanks to the sporty black 18-inch rims and the body-colored side protection strips,
00:38as already known from the abbles.
00:43The Fiat Fastback 2026 adopts elements of the more aggressive variant,
00:47with which it also shares some design details.
00:52The technical equipment has also been further developed.
00:55A new feature on board is a system for monitoring the blind spot,
00:59which is part of a more comprehensive driver assistance package.
01:03This already includes a collision warning with automatic braking,
01:06a lane departure warning system and automatically controlled high beams.
01:11The interior is largely left to evaluation, but depending on the equipment line,
01:16new colors, fabrics and materials are used.
01:19A panoramic roof is finally being offered as a major innovation.
01:23This comes as standard on the sporty variant and is optional on the top-of-the-range version
01:28with the 1.0L turbo engine and mild hybrid system.
01:33Technically, everything remains the same.
01:35The familiar 1.0L turbo, supported by a 12-volt mild hybrid system,
01:40continues to deliver between 125 and 130 horsepower.
01:43The question of whether the lavishly equipped limited edition with the more powerful 1.3L turbo
01:50and approximately 185 horsepower will be retained is still open.
01:56It is possible that Fiat is focusing on streamlining the model range in view of the existing variant
02:01with identical engine.
02:02It is no coincidence that Fiat is paying so much attention to the fastback.
02:09Brazil is currently the most important market for the brand worldwide.
02:14Since the beginning of 2025, over 52% of all new Fiat vehicles have been registered there.
02:21Well ahead of Italy with 20% and Argentina with 9%.
02:25The model range there is correspondingly diverse and regionally adapted.
02:31Following the recent facelift of the Abarth pool, it is now the fastback's turn to be renewed.
02:37The official presentation is expected in the coming days,
02:41followed directly by the market state in Brazil.
02:44The starting price for the current model is around 19,000 euros.
